The idea that thoughts become things is a very real one.  It garnered immediate fame after the movie release of “The Secret” and from books such as “Think and Grow Rich” and “Acres of Diamonds”.  Oprah Winfrey is a constant promoter of the idea and regularly gives it credit for her incredible personal and professional success.  Many guru’s have built their empires on helping people understand how to utilize the concept of “The Law of Attraction” as a tool to better their lives.

“Thoughts become things.  If you see it in your mind, you will hold it in your hand” – Bob Proctor

The more you engage your mind and think about what you want and why you want it, the more successful your efforts are going to be.  This practice aligns both your mind and your feelings as you focus on your desire.  A focused shift in your perspective and a better understanding of your relationship with the energy of the universe can begin to attract better things into your life.

If you’re a high-achieving woman with a big plan in mind, the Law of Attraction is essential. The more you can focus on what you want and feel connected to why you want it, the higher the odds that you’ll reach what you’re working towards.

The more consistently you focus your thoughts on what you want, the easier it becomes to figure out what you have to do to achieve it.

Thinking powerful strategic thoughts and intentional visionary mapping should constantly be occurring if there’s something you really want to achieve.  You can’t turn these thoughts off.  Nor should you want to!

Think about the life and career that you truly want all of the time and watch what happens with your success! There are a few steps that you must do to make this process work for you.  It’s not as simple as waving a magic wand and having it all appear.  It requires some real effort to turn your thoughts into the things that you want.

Here are 7 Steps You Must Implement for Your Thoughts to Become the Things You Want:

1.Your desire must be unwavering

You have to really want the outcome. You can’t change your mind at different times of the day or week.  If you’re not 100% dedicated to the outcome, you won’t be able to create the energy required to make it happen.

2.You must have a vision and be open to how it unfolds

You need to know what the result looks like. Use your imagination and get creative.  Picture yourself being, doing or having this outcome.  The more frequently you practice this, the easier it will be for your mind to make room for it as a possibility in your future.

3.Remind yourself daily that this is what you want

You need conviction in the follow-through. It won’t always be easy and you won’t always feel like it.  However, you need to make sure you remind yourself what the big picture game plan is when you’re not feeling up to putting in the effort required.

4.Be confident in your focus, even if you don’t know the how yet

You don’t need to know how this desired outcome is going to show up. You just need to be confident and focused on what you want and why you want it.  The more congruent these two things are, the more likely you’ll attract the “thing” that you will need to make it all possible for you.

5.You must belief that it is a possible outcome

This is the big one! You must believe that what you want is possible to achieve.  If you doubt in your ability to make this outcome happen in reality, the harder it will be for you.  If you’re not quite sure you can make it happen, you’ll miss opportunities of the people and things that could help you get to the final destination.

6.Be grateful for every triumph and failure on your journey

You need to know where you’re going but it’s less important to know how you’re getting there when your starting out on the journey. There are many paths to a single destination.  Your journey may include some triumphs but it may also include some failures.  Don’t get disillusioned when things aren’t exactly the way you had imagined them to be.  Keep the faith and be grateful for the experiences.  They all count in the big picture.

7.Take the action steps required for the outcome

It’s not enough to just visualize and meditate to get what you want. You must take strategic actions at the same time.  If you want to become a pilot, you must take flying lessons.  It isn’t enough to just imagine yourself sitting on a plane.  Get the picture?

When you learn how to master your thoughts and direct them towards your desired goals, it truly becomes both magical and scientific.  Focusing your thoughts and feelings results in being more attracted to the things more aligned with your goal and, you’re more likely to achieve what you want.  And, as an added bonus, your confidence will get boosted as well.  You’ll have the proof that you can do whatever you set your mind to!
