I’m like you – a resilient high achiever who has been knocked down and wounded.
Despite all of my higher education and hands-on-experience mentoring people and teams to be successful, I struggled to build the career and life that I really wanted. Imposter Syndrome embraced me most of the time even though I never let it show.
Every day I felt like I was living a Snakes and Ladders game. I’d take the steps to move forward and then I’d fall down a slide landing right back to where I started from having made little to no progress for all my efforts.
But….
I discovered a strategy for long lasting meaningful change and that turned everything around for me!
And now…
Instead of achieving only small goals I achieve BIG dreams.

I know first hand what it takes to look beyond current circumstances and still believe that what you want CAN really be yours! It can be hard to stay motivated and inspired when you’re constantly spinning your wheels and the challenges you face seem never ending. I get it!
As a transformation coach I have helped resilient high achieving women, all over the world, to create a career they love and the life they serve.
I am incredibly passionate about this this because I have watched far too many women, who want more for themselves, never even come close to achieving it!
They don’t ever reach their full potential because they’re too busy sacrificing, self-sabotaging or surviving to realize they could have everything they’ve ever wanted if they just knew how to get it.
